Trevor has served as the President, principal member and CEO of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate, LLC, formerly Morning Pond Resources, LLC, since January 1, 1997. Previously Trevor was an independent contractor and Senior Commercial Real Estate Broker with Farley Whittier Partners/ONCOR International in Hartford, CT (This firm is now CB Richard Ellis). He has been responsible for the marketing and leasing of high-rise office towers such as CityPlace, Long Wharf Maritime Center, 100 Pearl, CityPlace II, and other office, industrial and retail space. Trevor was awarded the GHAR Pinnacle award in 2005.

Trevor has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Hartford and holds the prestigious designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. Trevor lives in Middletown. His first career was a professional musician, and still plays drums and leads bands playing jazz, Dixieland, country, folk and rock.
