Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate Announces Commercial Property Sale Transactions in Middletown and Durham, CT

Middletown— Trevor Davis, CCIM of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate LLC, announced the sale of a 7500 sf building on 2.85 acres at 61 Industrial Park Rd. It was owned by Bailey’s Express and sold to Accurate Logistics, LLC for $395,000. There are 18 docks in this trucking transfer building. Trevor Davis represented the Seller and NAI James E. Hanson represented the Buyer.

Middletown— Trevor Davis, CCIM of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate LLC, announced the sale of 0.3 acres at 733 Washington St. at the corner of Boston Rd. It was owned by Sandro Labbadia and sold for $100,000 to 733 Washington Street Middletown, LLC. Trevor Davis was the only broker in the sale.

Middletown— Trevor Davis, CCIM of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate LLC, announced the sale of a 7140 retail building with 1.1 acres at 392 Washington St. It was owned by Sebastian F. Marino and sold for $430,000 to 392 Washington Middletown, LLC. Trevor Davis was the only broker in the sale. It was originally the Honda Motorcycle dealer.

Middletown— Trevor Davis, CCIM of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate LLC, announced the sale of 413 Main St. This 12,000 sf retail building was owned by Sankus, LLC and sold for $650,000 to 413 Main Street Middletown, LLC. Trevor Davis was the only broker in the sale.

Middletown— Trevor Davis, CCIM of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate LLC, announces that Fun in Trampoline Park, LLC leased 19,837 sf at 635 South Main St. for the Landlord, 635-651 South Main Street, LLC. Other tenants in the property are Denny’s, Vox Church, Club 24 Concept Gyms, Jerry’s Pizza and Seasons Federal Credit Union. Trevor Davis, CCIM, of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate, LLC, represented the Landlord, and Sovereign Properties, LLC, represented the tenant.

Middletown— Trevor Davis, CCIM of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate LLC, announced the following transaction at 157 Mill St.: Bergen Diesel leased 4550 sf, from Landlord Joseph H. Mylchreest, Inc. Trevor Davis, CCIM, represented the landlord, 360 MSR Associates, LLC, and was the sole broker in the transactions.

Middletown— Trevor Davis, CCIM of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate LLC, announced the following transactions at The Pythian Building, 360 Main Street: Typhoon Restaurant leased 3700 sf, and Ford News Diner leased 800 sf. The Pythian Building is a mixed-use building and includes one floor of office space above the one retail floor that house the restaurants. At 16 Commerce Circle, Forest City Landscaping leased 2500 rsf. Trevor Davis, CCIM, of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate, LLC, represented the Landlord, and was the sole real estate broker.

Middletown— Trevor Davis, CCIM of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate LLC, announces the following transactions at Middletown Business Park: Bangladesh Society leased 400 rsf, Hastings Air Energy leased 400 rsf, Contemporary Services Corporation leased 1000 rsf and Andrea Maule leased 393 rsf. Trevor Davis represented the Landlord, BostonMiddletown, LLC and was the only broker.

Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate has brought Middletown Business Park to 92% leased for the landlord, BostonMiddletown, LLC. This 75,000 sf office and light industrial park has great access from Interstate 91 at Country Club Road (Exit 20), or Route 372, Cromwell (Exit 21), between Middle Street and Industrial Park Road. Available spaces range from 400 sf office suites to 4000 sf office/flex/warehouse spaces.

The Central is the former Central National Bank & Trust Building that celebrated its 100th Birthday in 2015. Webster bank is on the first floor. There are spaces of 300 and 3300 rsf available in the rear of the building, known as The Central at 134 Broad St. The 3300 rsf is an extremely special space with a board room with fireplace and hand-carved table, and a loarge library-type room with raised panel cherry woodwork throughout.
