Middletown— Trevor Davis, CCIM, of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate, LLC, announced the sale of 61 Durant Terrace. The City of Middletown purchased the former St. Sebastian's School for $800,000 from the Saint Sebastian Roman Catholic Church Corporation. 61 Durant is a 13,000 SF updated historic building and a modular building of 2000 sf, both located off of South Main St./Route 17. The City will convert the former school into a senior center and municipal offices. The modular building is the temporary home of the Veterans Museum. Trevor Davis, CCIM, was the sole broker in the transaction.

Middletown— Trevor Davis, CCIM, of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate, LLC, negotiated the sale of a commercial condominium unit at 770 Newfield Street (Route 3). The owner, Frances M. Cruz, sold the unit to 12 Springbrook LLC for $163,000. The 2100 sf industrial space will be leased to Geometric Movers. Trevor Davis was the sole broker in the transaction. The industrial property is 2,066 SF.

Middletown— Trevor Davis, CCIM represented the landlord, Schaffer Associates, LLC to lease 2000 SF at 320 Main St. to Walter and Thomas Wang. 320 Main St. is in the large, central block of Downtown Middletown. The space is Downtown Middletown's newest restaurant, ANOHO, A Noodle House, serving decorative Asian cuisine. Trevor Davis, CCIM, of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate, LLC, was the sole broker in the transaction.
LEASED:
Middletown— Trevor Davis, CCIM represented Jem Wire Products, Inc., to lease 31,800 SF at 2303 So. Main St., to Alpine Environmental Services, LLC. This large industrial building is located on Route 17 near the Durham and Middlefield borders. Jem Wire has closed their operations. Alpine Environmental Services moved their operation from Wallingford. Trevor Davis, CCIM, of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate, LLC, was the sole broker in the transaction.
